CP Organoclay (Zhejiang Camp-Shinning New Material Co., Ltd.) operates a purpose-built organophilic clay production facility in Xuancheng, Anhui Province, China, using the wet-process (slurry process) method — the highest-purity organoclay manufacturing process. Our production includes sodium bentonite beneficiation, quaternary ammonium modification, filtration, drying, and milling under strict quality control at every stage. The production line features wet-process reaction vessels, drying equipment, milling systems, and a large-scale automated production line that together ensure high batch-to-batch consistency.

Critically, we source bentonite from our own mine in northern China — giving us direct control over raw material quality from the ground up.
